i need your partnership!

For those of you who didn't know, I am a part of a missions school, YWAM (Youth With A Mission). I seriously think I've got the best job in the world—helping raise up burning ones to go and be sent into both the mission field and the workforce. With this, YWAM is a non-profit organization; nobody, from the DTS students to the founders, gets paid. We believe in leaning on God's provision and support in all things, which includes finances.

Our calling at the School of Fire & Fragrance is to be fervent in prayer and worship, cultivating a community where 'burning ones' rise up from the ashes, filled with fresh faith and ignited with passion for spreading the Gospel."

At the moment, I am staffing full-time and therefore need the partnership of you guys to fulfill the Great Commission. Missions were always such a bizarre concept to me before looking into actual scripture.

'Make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'" - Matthew 28:16-20

"And he said to them, 'Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.'" - Mark 16:15

"And said to them, 'Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.'" - Luke 24:46-49

In addition to the command to go and make disciples, we have a call to support missions. Partnership in prayer and finances is one way believers can contribute to the fulfillment of this commission by enabling others to share the Gospel globally.
